 Tournaments - Team Registration!

Please use this Registration Session to register teams for the softball tournaments listed below.  We invite you to please read this page carefully before you register your team for important details about our registration process.  

At JYBSA, we are constantly striving to deliver the most enjoyable tournament experience you can have in the State of Wisconsin.  Our goal is to bring teams back to our tournaments, year after year.  All our tournaments feature everything you need to have an enjoyable experience, including:   

4 game guarantees for all softball tournaments. 

9 fully-irrigated grass fields that stay green year-round and 2 turf.  

Covered dugouts, brick wall backstops, and sunken fields, giving each field a "major-league" feel.  

Elevated spectator seating which provides fantastic views.  

4 lighted fields for night games. 

Two concessions and restroom buildings. Full concessions and paid on-site staff to promptly address any needs. 

An on-site grounds crew that grooms and re-lines every field between all games.  

Six batting cages with 4 additional hitting stations and plenty of open space for warm-ups.  

On-site tournament administration and certified umpires for all games.  

All tournaments will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  Entry fees for each tournament are listed below.  You will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been accepted.  If you do not receive this email, then you are not registered.  If a session is shown as "out of stock", then it is full.  Any questions should be directed to tournamentdirector@jybsa.org.   There is a $10 parking fee per vehicle.

General Information

 

Through the tournament registration process, you will be asked to provide accurate contact information for your team, sign JYBSA's required consent forms, and submit the appropriate payment. Please note you will need to complete the registration process for each team tournament entry you wish to make.

 

Online Registration is mandatory! 

We require all teams and players to register for our programs online because it allows us to save dozens of hours of volunteer time that it would otherwise take us to process 750+ paper registrations.  For that reason, all teams and players must register online.  There are no exceptions.  

 

First-Time Users: 

If this is your first time using our system, you must create a User ID and Password and then activate your profile for the system to work.   Please note this is a two-step process! 

First, create your User ID and password by clicking the “Sign Up” button at the bottom of this page and following the prompts.

Second, activate your profile by checking your email for a message from our system and then clicking on the activation link that will be included in the email message.  (If you do not receive an email message from our system within moments of creating your User ID, please make sure the message is not in your junk mail folder).

Once you have activated your User ID, you can begin your registration by clicking the “Continue” button below.

 

Returning Users: 

If you have registered a player using our system in the past, you can save time by using the same user profile this time!  By using the same profile, your player’s information will automatically be entered for you, and you will just have to check it for accuracy.

Did you forget your User ID?  You can log into our system by using the email address tied to your profile in the login area below.  

Did you forget your password?  You can reset your password by clicking the “Forgot your password” link below and then following the instructions.
