THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

All the financial support JYBSA receives from our sponsors goes directly toward covering JYBSA’s operating expenses, such as uniforms, safety equipment, field maintenance, etc.  Because we put 100% of our sponsor contributions toward our operating expenses, every dollar contributed by our sponsors helps JYBSA stay as affordable as possible for the 900+ players who participate in our programs each year.  On behalf our our players, their families, our board, and our community, we thank you for your support!

WHAT ARE JYBSA'S SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES?    

Our current sponsorship options are listed below.  

Team Sponsorships ($300 PER TEAM)

Team sponsorships currently cost $300 per team unless a discount is offered as part of our Home Run Package below.  As a team sponsor, you receive the following:    
 
  • NAME ON UNIFORM.  Your business name will appear on one (1) team’s uniforms in one of our youth baseball or softball leagues during our upcoming season.  All team determinations are made by JYBSA, but we make every effort to associate sponsor names with teams of interest to the sponsor.  
     
  • NAME ON JYBSA WEBSITE.    Your business name will be part of the team name used throughout the season on our website at www.jybsa.org (Example:  the Parker Pen Brewers).  
     
  • LOGO ON JYBSA WEBSITE.  Your business name and logo will appear in a section on the front page of our website where we thank our sponsors, along with the link to your website.  
     
  • BALLPARK SIGNAGE.  Your business name and/or logo will appear on “Season Sponsors” signage that will be installed at each of our concession stands at the Sports Complex.  
     
  • JYBSA FACEBOOK POST.  Your business name and/or logo will be featured in one (1) Facebook post during the season that will specifically thank your business for supporting a JYBSA team.  
     
  • TEAM PLAQUE*.  If offered by our picture vendor (this varies year to year), a sponsor plaque featuring a team picture will be provided at season’s end.  
     

Sign Sponsorships ($300 PER SIGN)

Sign sponsorships currently cost $300 per year. As a sign sponsor, you receive the following:

  • DESIGN YOUR SIGN!   One advertising sign designed to your specifications (4’x8’ for baseball fields, 3.5’x9.5’ for softball fields), subject to JYBSA and City of Janesville rules on content.   Sign fabrication occurs upon our receipt of your final approval.  The lead time between final approval and installation is 2-4 weeks on average.  All signs are printed on heavy-duty corrugated plastic sheet material and have an expected lifespan of roughly 8 years should a sponsor wish to renew a sign sponsorship year to year.
     
  • DISPLAY YOUR SIGN!  Your sign will be displayed on the fencing of one of our fields at the Sports Complex for the duration of our season (roughly May 1 to August 1).  All sign locations are determined by JYBSA.  We estimate that 750+ people visit our park on a daily basis during our season.  
     
  • LOGO ON JYBSA WEBSITE.  Your business name and logo will appear in a section on the front page of our website where we thank our sponsors, along with the link to your website.  
     
  • BALLPARK SIGNAGE.  At your option, your business name and/or logo will appear on “2017 Sponsors” signage that will be installed at each of our concession stands at the Sports Complex.  
     
  • JYBSA FACEBOOK POST.  Your business name and/or logo will be featured in one (1) Facebook post during the season that will specifically thank your business for supporting a JYBSA team.
     

Signs can be renewed annually for the life of the sign.  
 

Home Run Package Discount

For sponsors who would like to renew a sign and add or renew a team sponsorship,  JYBSA is offering a combo discount for $400.
